Salary or hourly?
@OldeHippi I’d imagine salary, but either way this could work.
@davidaugust I ask because salaried employees are controlled much more stiffly than hourly. I can see employers demanding work on days off. Hourly, forget it.
@OldeHippi that makes sense. I tend to agree. Sadly, many types of foolish errors are made in all sorts of orgs. This one cut off their option for out of hours work.
If the individual were an hourly employee. Hourly gives employees much more control.
