This network protocol was described in RFC 2322 on april 1st 1998 and is now 25 years old.

A sheet of laminated paper with clothes pegs on the edge containing IP addresses written on them. Left side is for wired addresses, right side is meant for wireless. To get an IP, take a peg. To release an IP, put the peg back.

@pa3weg @KHoos I still have my pegs from WTH 2005 where PegDHCP was used, and cherish them and the RFC to this day 😊
